এই প্রতিযোগিতাটি শুধু মাত্র সহজের রাইডারদের জন্য প্রযোজ্য
The Contest is open to Shohoz Rides for its Rider Partners.
CONTEST PERIOD | প্রতিযোগিতার মেয়াদ
এই প্রতিযোগিতাটি জুলাই ৩ তারিখ, ২০১৮ থেকে ১৫ জুলাই ২০১৮ পর্যন্ত প্রযোজ্য। উল্লেখ্য এই সময়ের মধ্যে সকল রাইড সম্পূর্ণ করতে হবে। সহজ কর্তৃপক্ষ প্রতিযোগিতার সময়সূচি বদলানোর অধিকার রাখে।
The Contest begins on July 1, 2018, and ends on July 15, 2018. (“Contest Period”). All rides must be done on or before the time stated. Shohoz Rides reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion.

প্রতিযোগিতার বিজয়ী হতে এই টিপস গুলো মেনে চলুনঃ
সম্পূর্ণতার (Completion Rate) রেট বেশী রাখুন
রেটিং ভালো রাখুন
কান্সেল রেট কম রাখুন
বেশী করে রাইড শেয়ার করুন
প্রতিদিন নিয়মিত সহজ রাইডসে অনলাইন থাকুন
Continue doing Rides with Shohoz and ensure good attendance, lower cancellation rate, maximum number of rides, good rating and, regularly coming online.
২০ জুলাই ২০১৮ তারিখে বিজয়ীদের নির্বাচন করা হবে। বিজয়ীদের ফোন করে এবং এসএমএস -এর মাধ্যমে জানিয়ে দেয়া হবে। কোন নির্বাচিত রাইডারকে যোগাযোগ করা না যেতে পারলে, পরবর্তী উপযুক্ত রাইড -এর কাছে পুরস্কারটি হস্তান্তর করা হবে।
The winner will be chosen on July 20th, 2018. Winners will be contacted via the SMS or phone number registered with us. Each rider is responsible for monitoring his email and phone for prize notification.

সর্বমোট ১৬ জন বিজয়ীদের নির্বাচন করা হবে
There will be one (16) winners.
First Prize:
১ জন বিজয়ী একটি স্মার্টফোন পাবে
Winner will receive one (1) Branded Smart Phone.
Second Prize:
৫ জন বিজয়ী সহজ ব্র্যান্ডেড হেলমেট পাবে
5 Winners will receive Shohoz Branded Helmets.
Third Prize:
১০ জন বিজয়ী টি শার্ট পাবে
10 winners will get T-shirts.
GENERAL RULES
Each Prize claim is subject to verification by Shohoz Rides.
By participating, each participant and selected winner agrees: (a) to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of Shohoz Rides (b) to release and hold harmless Shohoz Rides Incorporated, and their respective directors, officers, and employees, from any and all liability for claims/damages including, but not limited to, claims/damages for personal injury, for property damage with respect to acceptance, possession or use or misuse of the Prize or participation in the Contest; (c) to permit Shohoz Rides to use his/her name, address, city, province, of residence, photograph, video, or any likeness for advertising or publicity purposes without any additional compensation and (d) the winner agrees to sign a Declaration and Release Form to this effect.
The decisions of Shohoz Rides in relation to this Contest will be final and binding on all entrants.
Shohoz Rides shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription or registration of Contest entry information, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible, or erased computer or network transmissions, line failures of any telephone network, failure of computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or website, inability to submit the online entry form, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation, or for late, illegible or misdirected entries.
Shohoz Rides reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend this Contest, at its sole discretion, in the event of a technical failure, computer virus or bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud or any other occurrence or cause beyond its control that corrupts or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness or normal operation of the Contest.
Under no circumstances will Shohoz Rides, and their respective directors, officers, and employees be required to award more Prizes than what is indicated in these Rules or award the Prizes other than in accordance with these Rules.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
